The specific design process of the unit mainly includes: according to technical documents such as the contract, following the company's design and development process, referring to the stable operation of the unit, further designing the overall plan, refining the plan, determining the unit selection parameters and electromagnetic parameters through a special program, and then using a series of specialized software such as VB programs and finite element design software to accurately calculate the stress and stiffness strength of each component, The fatigue characteristics of important components are analyzed in detail. According to the calculation results, the structure is optimized and the overall scheme is determined. Then, the structural design of each component is carried out. In the structural design, the important components are UG 3D designed to achieve parallel structural design, as well as motion interference, finite element analysis, etc., and engineering drawings are formed.
